Any time: Given that the average menstrual cycle is 28 days and the average month is 30 days, it is not uncommon to have 2 periods in a month (one the first week and one at the end of the month). You can take a pregnancy test any time, but it will most likely detect a pregnancy about 10+ days after ovulation.
