A member asked:

If i take two pill packs back to back without a break for a period, would a pregnancy test still come back positive if i did one and was pregnant?

There are women who have an antibody that prevents them from ever having a positive urine pregnancy test, but use of birth control does not prevent a positive pregnancy test.
