No.: Penile "warts" are not normal and may be a sign of hpv infection. The human papillomavirus is a common genital condition (in both men and women). Hpv is infectious, and if you have it, you may transmit it to sexual partners. It would be good to visit with a clinic / healthcare provider to have an examination and see if an appropriate treatment could be pursued. Hope that this helps.
