4 days ago my chin started to have some redness on it all of sudden. But now I have it on my entire face: Cheeks, nose and a bit on my forehead. How do I get rid of the redness without medication? How do I know if I have rosacea?

I've rosacea near nose and on cheeks. I don't have acne pimples. I've redness, small rash and visible blood vessels near nose. Does it mean my nose is enlarged or will enlarge in future? If it does, will I notice it or it can be very slight change?
