For what reason ?: Why should a broken veneer be replaced at no charge? Was it newly placed (less than six months)? Hard to interpret your question. If you have such a problem, discuss it with the dentist who fabricated the restoration.

Veneers: Cannot be guaranteed against breakage as once you leave the office the dentist who fabricated it for you has no control over how you care for or abuse the veneer. Even natural teeth can break if abused. Having said that, you can always discuss this issue with your own dentist. Perhaps you'll get lucky.
