Nerve pinching: Could most likely have moderate nerve compression over lateral hip affecting lateral femoral cutaneous nerve of thigh, and level of compression increases with certain positions. Maybe avoid tight objects around waist, consider having your doctor evaluate this. (far less likely, lumbar stenosis or disc problem).
