Depends: Your prescription can change for many reasons, and if changed just right, your distance vision would improve. For example, if you have diabetes, and your sugar is very high, it could easily change your prescription. Dry eyes can also cause the vision to fluctuate. If your vision is changing, it needs to be evaluated. You should see an eye md.
