Do you bleach often?: Even if you don't bleach, the clear tips could be genetic. It's a result of light passing through the tooth, only it doesn't reflect. There is only enamel on the tips of the teeth, no second layer of tooth, dentin, is under the tips, like in the rest of your tooth. Light reflects off the darker dentin and back out the tooth , except on the tips. If bleaching, you need to stop to rid the clear.
