Access to condoms: Allows for responsible behavior as an alternative to unprotected sex. Condoms are not the temptation; privacy with a potential sex partner is.

No!: No! no, no, no, no. Access to condoms lead to improved chances of avoiding std's that can be serious (even fatal) and unwanted pregnancies if used correctly. Youngsters who are well informed & raised will not change magically. They'll learn responsible, safe & perhaps good behavior. They don't have to use it unless they are in a sexual situation. Condoms don't cause that.
