Do you have to brush your tongue also?

You Should: Many bacteria and small bits of food (and other crud) can accumulate on your tongue. So, it should be cleaned. However, brushing doesn't do much to remove the yucky stuff...It just moves it around. It's much better to use a tongue scraper, which actually removes the gunk. Your tongue will look better, be healthier, and your breath will be much nicer too.

Yes: The tongue needs to be cleaned also. It can be brushed, but using a tongue scraper will do a better job. The better we remove plaque (biofilm) in the mouth, the healthier we will be.
