Here's how...: Put a dab of toothpaste on your wet bush. Stick your tongue out as far as you can while opening as big as you can. Place the toothbrush on the back of your tongue, press firm and rake it forward to the tip. Repeat over again several times from back to front to brush unbrushed areas. When done rinse thoroughly with water. This technique helps prevent gagging!

Gently rub it: there is no great need to brush your tongue. If you see some coating on it, try rubbing it gently with a soft tooth brush and not use an electrical brush. If you see any bumps or thrush like white plaques which are irritating of painful, get it checked out by your PMD or at an urgent care car.
