Very few.: "hip" means different things to different folks. If you mean your buttock, almost no internal organs refer there typically. If you mean the groin crease, the bladder and reproductive organs can refer there, and less commonly the intestines. If you mean the side of the thigh or upper outer pelvic rim bones, organs don't usually refer there, but pain from nearby muscles can.
