KBS: Treatment for kbs is by treating the cause. For bipolar, it is mood stabilizers. There is no best medicine for all. Review with your doctor.

Interesting: Do you really have kluver-bucy syndrome, as it is indeed very rare? Agree with dr ali that best approach is to find cause, and for bipolar, use the standard meds. If you do have complex partial seizures, many anti-epileptic drugs can work. See a medical neurologist and a psychiatrist and get answers and directions.

The road to the best medications to use for kbs is determining what the etiology (cause) for the syndrome is.
