Gastroenteritis: Usually, watery diarrhea is a viral process often associated with nausea, vomiting, maybe low-grade fever, maybe abdominal cramping, and fatigue. Usually resolves within 48 hours or so. If there is high fever, severe symptoms above, severe abd pain, blood in stool or vomit, or other symptoms it's time to get checked out.
