Muscle Cramps: Muscle cramping (charley horse) can be caused by muscle overuse/fatigue and usually responds to stretching and massage. Frequent muscle cramping may indicate imbalances in the levels of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and phosphate) in the blood, or poor circulation.
