Sebaceous Cyst: Most often due to sebaceous cyst (skin oil accumulation) caused by plugging of skin oil gland near hair follicles. Often they can have bacterial infections and inflammation causing pain. Should see md to insure it is not a boil or actual infection rather than cyst. May need antibiotics and drainage or removal.
