Generally, relief.: But the initial relief could later become dependency, and ultimately failure. This med can be very effective as part of a comprehensive strategy, but it must be used expertly and with great discipline. Don't try this on your own.

Agree w Dr. Brutoco: Clonazepam can decrease feelings of anxiety. However, one possible drawback is that it can cut the symptoms so effectively that many patients are not open to using non-medication strategies to help their anxiety.
