Polyarthralgias: Recommend evaluation for multiple joint pain. Rheumatologic lab testing may provide information needed to discover diagnosis after very comprehensive history and physical are done. Not enough information in your question to provide clear cut answer.

Painful popping?: It is not uncommon to have non-painful snapping/popping. If it is painful, or if it is limiting your function, you should see a physiatrist. Those symptoms can be caused by anything from too little activity to muscle imbalance to vitamin deficiency to systemic conditions. A good history and physical exam is needed to make sure that everything looks okay and to give you exerecise recommendations.
