May be illness/med: What you are experiencing is derealization which is a part of panic disorder. It can also be brought on by wellbutrin (bupropion) which really has no place in the treatment of panic disorder. I'm not sure why you are on wellbutrin (bupropion). Please discuss that with your prescribing physician. It is frightening. It will go away. Do not stop wellbutrin (bupropion) without your doctors permission.

Wellbutrin (bupropion): Wondering if u had similar symptoms before starting the wellbutrin, (bupropion) as some of them sound like anxiety. Review with your doc. When he returns. Have great weekend.
