See below: It may take a little bit of adjustment in your body when you start on a new antidepressant, after 1 wk or so, it does get better. It helps to have somebody there with you as you go thru this, meditation and exercise as well. However if your symptoms are not improving, or is intolerable even for just a few days, talk to yoir dr again. Dose adjustment or change in med maybe needed. Take care.

First Question is: : How much caffeine are you using? If it is very much - you will need to cut down. Caffeine and wellbutrin (bupropion) don't mix well. Aside from that most people find that feeling anxious resolves within days to weeks.
