How to ease bad sinus pressure caused by increased pressure/rain/on and off excessive rain. head feels like a balloon and lymph nodes feels swollen?

Sinuse: Tylenol, (acetaminophen) steam halation, over-the-counter nasal decongestants. Decongestants should not be used for more than seven days.
