That is: Likely your problem. You have frontal sinuses, just above the nose, that can cause pain due to increased pressure. Try tylenol (acetaminophen) cold and sinus but get to your doc and get some Flonase (a nasal steroid), this could make a big difference, good luck.

Allergy/ Rhinitis: Most probably allergy or allergic rhinitis. Due to nasal blockage/ congestion, your sinuses can't drain mucous into nose leading to frontal headache and facial heaviness pain. Sinus infection gives rise to fever, thick yellow nasal drainage, headache etc. Use saline nasal spray and blow your nose gently. See your doc, s/he may refer you to an allergist or ENT depending upon initial exam findings.
