Will magnesium glycinate 600 mg help with migraine and cluster headaches?

Unlikely, unless: You possess low levels of magnesium in your body, but worth a try anyway, if you do not have digestion side effects. Maybe, more success can be found with botox, acupuncture, riboflavin, co-q10, butterbur, or feverfew.

Possibly: It is certainly possible. The only way to know would be to do a trial. Other supplements that can help headaches are vitamin b6 and feverfew.
