Body mass index: Use http://www.Nhlbi.Nih.Gov/guidelines/obesity/bmi/bmicalc.Htm to calculate body mass index which gives normal weight as 101-136 pounds. However, this doesn't take into consideration body composition in which case, more muscle & less fat is best. Don't want to become skinny fat person eg proper weight w/o muscle tone.
