Around 150: According to the standards, the upper limit of a normal bmi for 5'6" is 150 pounds. Above that, you are considered overweight, but bmi isn't always the best determination. If you have 15-20 percent body fat, eat right and excercise regularly, i wouldn't worry too much about what the scale says. Too little body fat can cause problems just like too much can.
