Not necessarily: Some have few or mild symptoms. It varies. Some have shortness of breath, chest pain, uncomfortable awareness of heart beat, lightheadedness, fatigue, fainting and even sudden cardiac death. As you can see - some of these are a lot like panic attack. It's not the same - but few could tell on the surface. Be well - take care.
