Possible cysts: Your ovaries will not exactly be of the same size. Whether there may be a growth or cysts on your ovaries, these factors will impact size. As long as you still have ovaries, they will still be producing hormones for another 10 years and therefore, will be susceptible to having cysts. Cysts are normal to have to a certain extent. It's one of these cysts that rupture to release an egg: ovulation.
