Multiple small cysts: This could be normal but it is also suggestive of the ultrasound findings frequently associated with polycystic ovarian syndrome. You need to discuss it with the person who ordered the ultrasound. An ultrasound alone does not make a diagnosis. Your history and physical exam must also be considered. Hope this helps.
