Not standardized: A doctor would not pay attention to the endometrial thickness in a 32 year old if done right before menses as the result would not be meaningful. It will very depending on how much blood and endometrial lining the patient had inside on that particular day. There is not a standardized normal result for this in a premenopausal woman.
