Is line on my sons finger nail cancer?

Probably not: Nail cancer is very unusual. Is the line on all of the nails? If such is the case and depending on the appearance, it may suggest a metabolic abnormality. At any rate, if it is a concern, its best to have it examined by your pediatrician.
