No: Menstruation is a normal body function and will not stunt your growth.

No...but...: It is a signal that growth will begin to slow and stop. Most girls will continue to grow after 1st menses but stop within 2-3 years at the latest. The hormones that push them through puberty also trigger the final stages of growth.
