See gynecologist : Vaginal spotting should be evaluated by a gynecologist. If you are having heavy menstruations then you could be anemic. Symptoms would include fatigue, paleness, shortness of breath. The only way to be certain is to get a CBC (complete blood count ) blood test. Hope you feel better.
