can i still play football with a broken finger?

Depends: It all depends on the type of break and to some extent the position you play. For example, a qb probably can't throw with a broken finger. But, a lineman may be able to play with the finger appropriately protected.

POssibly , it depend: Upon the type, location and severity of the injury..But dont do what one division 2 player did a few years ago, he chose amputation to get back into the game sooner rather than surgery for a fracture http://usatoday30.Usatoday.Com/sports/college/football/2008-10-13-wikre-pinky_n.Htm.
