May be some: Hormonal imbalances. Brown spotting is likely old, deoxygenated blood bleeding cleaned from the uterus. Pink spotting may be small amt of blood mixed with vaginal secretions. If this regulates back wouldn't worry about it. If irregular pattern persists seek medical eval. Take care.
