A member asked:

What are the usual consequences of removing a diseased gallbladder?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Little or none: Removing a diseased gallbladder should remove abdominal problems of pain & nausea. Once healed one should be able to return to a nnormal diet, though some people have issues with a high fat greasy diet. Otherwise should be better than before the surgery.
