Vaginal gas: The presence of vaginal incontinence of farts requires evaluation by your physician. There is a rare condition where one develops a fistulous tract between the bowel and vagina (usually following an injury, which could happen with a d;c). In this case the person passes flatus and sometimes stool through the vagina.
