Have you doctor: Examine u, there are many causes , but you should not get swelling because of a miscarriage, could be from infection, trauma, allergic reaction, Bartholin's cyst , hematoma to name a few, so let your gyn examine u.

Yeast likely: Yeast is the most likely cause. Other possibilities are a local allergic reaction to something you have come into contact with. Try and over the counter yeast medication and see if your doctor if not improving., .
