Nausea: Hello, feeling nausea before and after meals is not normal and probably has little to do with the new dietary changes. I would suggest a visit to her family physical for an evaluation.

Not likely: Check for pregnancy. Also is she using any dietary supplements. These may cause nausea.

Morning sickness?: Perhaps she's pregnant? If home pregnancy test taken as directed (at least 4 weeks after last menstrual period) is negative, and nausea persists, she needs to get evaluated.
