May not be the: Best choice. This is a triple antibiotic ointment. It's use can cause some to develop sensitivities to any of the antibiotics in it. This is especially true for neomycin. If you have boils you would want to have this medically evaluated. If you have bumps from frition - antibiotics usually aren't needed. Antibiotics would not be used for a fungal infection.
