Bad idea: Do you mean pearly penile papules???If you are sore that is certainly not the cause. They never cause any symptoms. Furthermore Neosporin cannot be considered as a treatment for anything. Do not expect any benefit. It is a common sensitizer, causing annoying allergic reactions.
