See a doctor: Sciatica and rash might not be related. You might need to check to see if the rash in the pubic area might be herpes rash. Please see a doctor for evaluation.

Shingles?: Sciatica doesn't cause a rash. So if you have a rash you might have shingles. I would see your doctor to evaluate this.
