Maybe not pimples: It's atypical to have pimplse just on one side of your body. This may be concerning some Shingles, especially if it's painful. You should see an MD to make sure it's not something other than pimples.

Get yourself checked: although pimples are something that can affect any part of body but with just half a chest is involved you should try to find more by visiting a doctor. Shingles or heroes sister is one of the problems or specific allergy to something. Shingles is very painful and usually does it last long but the pain can bother for weeks. Get it checked and good luck.
