Moist heat/drain: Sometimes the application of a warm moist heat source will increase circulation to that site & draw the pimple to the surface to drain. A moist face cloth in a zip lock bag (poke some holes in it) can be microwaved until warm and placed as needed. If it increases in size or redness spreads you may need to be seen.
