Anemia? Dehydrated?: Nausea in the third trimester is not uncommon, sometimes related to a growing baby pushing on that stomach of yours but sometimes nausea can be related to liver problems or pre-eclampsia if associated with headaches and high blood pressure. Alternatively many women as they get further along can become anemic and may need iron. If you haven't been eating and are dehydrated, you may need ice cream.

Dizzy/nauseous: These symptoms are common for several reasons in late pregnancy, and are not usually signs of "early labor". With increasing growth of the womb, there is less room for gastric emptying, and less excursion of the diaphragm so both nausea and dizziness can result. Steady yourself on exertion, since available oxygen is less.
