Vinegar/ debridement: First order of business it to remove the fungus and debris in your ear. An ENT will do that. If your ear drum is intact, irrigating it with vinegar/water mixture is helpful. Other possibility is a ink dye that your ENT has. You need both to succeed as ear fungus can be stubborn.
