Have teeth cleaned: Have your teeth cleaned thoroughly and start brushing and flossing better. If you do not get a lot better, see a periodontist.

From Kissing????: I assume that you have had inflamed gums for quite awhile. Kissing shouldn't normally cause the gums to be infected unless the one you are kissing has some type of oral disease or disorder, i.e. Anug (look it up.) see a dentist asap.

You're Mistaken: If your gums are "messed up, " it's not from kissing. I'm not sure what "messed up" means exactly, but gum diseases & disorders are not caused by kissing. I suppose if you have been kissing violently for a prolonged time, you could have some bruising & soreness, but that's highly unlikely. The only way to know for sure what's going on with your gums is to see a dentist. Get some professional help.
