See a dermatologist: It is difficult to make a proper diagnosis since I am not there to see the condition. I recommend seeing a dermatologist so that they can make a proper diagnosis and give you something to get rid of the condition or relieve symptoms.

EXTREME meaning: Badly excoriated ?!? Not to worry maalox oral suspension works wonders on diaper rashes. You have to apply it on the affected areas with diaper changes. Continue whatever diaper cream you are using . If it is a yeast infection or bacterial skin infection , you will need rx from your pediatrician. Do not use hot or warm water to clean, it stings and burns & your baby will be in pain. Cool is fine!
