Dysmorphic Red Cells: If you are ferring to the cells found in urine, they may indicate some kind of bleeding process or hematuria. Very tiny amounts of blood in urine, or microscopic hematuria, may be a physiologic findings in many younger adults and needs work up if urine keeps showing these in repeat testing along with other abnormal lab values, family history of kidney disease or symptoms in the patient.
