May or may not be!: Unless we know the size of the enlarged nodes, it is difficult to know what these nodes mean. You need to go see a specialist who can do further checking especially if you have any abdominal symptoms like pain, poor appetite, weight loss or fever. If you are well, you can wait and repeat the imaging study that showed these nodes in the first instance. A 2-3 month interval might show if they change.
