Sugar Calories: Grapes are 100% sugar calories. Sugars and carbs should be only a minor part of the total calories you ingest in a day. So, if you are keeping the sugars below 25% of the total calories you eat then yes this is fine.

They also contain fiber which is good for slowing the digestion and adding to the feeling of fullness as well. grapes also contain antioxidants that prevent many types of cancer. The grapes that are used to make wine contain resveratrol which is proven to be good for the heart.
